One of the biggest conferences for developers, the Google I/O 2018, will be kicking off today!
Google I/O 2018Â takes place today at Shoreline Amphitheatre, Mountain View, California. The event will run for three days from May 8th until May 10th.
For the next few days, people will definitely be treated to a top of developer news and information about the tech company’s offerings today and in the future.
As expected, Google CEO Sundar Pichai will be delivering the keynote address together with some of the company’s highly anticipated announcements. This will take place at 10 AM PT with a pre-show at 9:20 AM PT.

1. Android P
What would it be this time? Pistachio? Pudding? Popsicle? While the name of the latest Android OS remains a mystery, there is no doubt that it will probably be one of the most significant announcements for the platform at the Google I/O 2018.
2. Google Assistant
It’s the age of artificial intelligence and what better way to showcase the latest in Google Assistant than in the Google I/O 2018 conference. Earlier announcements released by the company have revealed that the Assistant’s device coverage has been extended to the latest Android TV and Wear OS.
Still, experts are expecting more from the company.
3. Google Home
Last year, the company announced a bunch of new features for its smart speaker during the Google I/O 2017. The same is expected this year, especially with the recent launch of the two new Google Home speakers, namely the Home Max and the Home Mini.
